It's the time when the weather gets cold at night and the pumpkin patch is all the rage. We'll get to the pumpkin patch later. For now let's talk about the happiest place on earth. I was actually talking to someone about it the other day, simply because of this picture below. This pic was taken towards the end of the night when almost no one was left in the park. It was so picturesque and peaceful, I had to stop and take a picture. Not only did Halloween throw up on Disneyland, but the park is not typically all that crowded right now. Well, this is assuming you go on a weekday. I just love it, it's the second best time at Disneyland, next to Christmas. The  weird part is I have been to the park a few times at Halloween and could not find one single picture of the Halloween festivities. That probably has to with the fact that I have six memory cards from my point and shoot that have never been off loaded to my computer..oops!

Speaking of my point and shoot camera. I have to admit, when I bought it the specs were great and I bought it along with my SLR just to have for things like Disneyland trips (I never bring my SLR to a place like that-it's too precious). I never really figured all the features on it because I never used it for anything other than snapshots. This shot below was taken with it, it's not by any means perfect. The point is wherever you are and whatever you have, you can still get a meaningful picture without having to have a tripod and all the nine yards. Of course, this pic would have been way better with a tripod, but in any case it still gets the point across. There is almost nothing more relaxing to me than walking around disneyland at night when almost no one's left and it's cold enough to drink a hot chocolate..
